A holiday in the heights of Aniane, full board with mainly organic and local produces, in charming and eco-built accommodation by your hosts. A human experience and the joy of sharing are at the heart of this experience, both in your small group made up of your family, friends or new people, as well as with local various guides and our local producers.

Every day, a well-being activity, an energetic awakening, breathing, self-massage, discovery and practice of Qi Gong, which you can easily memorise and "take home" with you.

During your "summer camp for grown ups", you will be offered many activities, of which here is an overview:

1 free day is offered during the stay with a range of possible expeditions, the midday meal is not included to give free rein to your imagination, finds or our recommendations

On Thursday evening, the day before your departure, you will enjoy a festive meal to delight your taste buds!

You will enjoy the pleasure of breathing deeply, bathing in nature, resting, sharing your talents and discovering yourself differently. In a good-natured and warm atmosphere, you will experience a real vacation and savor the freedom of the moment.

Accommodation designed in natural materials, a typical, comfortable and designed for your well-being and comfort
Single bed reservation, double or shared room with 3 or 4 beds
Each accommodation is equipped with its own bedding, a kitchen area and a walk-in shower
Sunbeds and armchairs are at your disposal to enjoy the moment and admire the sunsets
On the site in a forest garden setting, you can enjoy the swimming pool and the breathtaking view of the valley
