Day 1
Friday

Welcome to your taste experience!

Your agency director will take you on a tour of an edible forest founded in 2019. Based on principles of care for nature with a shared governance system, depending on the season, you can be introduced to certain concepts of the vegetable garden and the functioning of the garden. 'a forest.

Alice will then take you to a local restaurant, where you will enjoy mainly organic and local dishes in the heart of an old village.
​
You will then take the road to the wine-growing castle located south of Carcassonne. In the vineyard, Benoît, Thérèse and Pierre will welcome you for a visit and tasting at the estate: a natural setting of art and tranquility.

You will then feast on the refined table d'hôtes prepared by Thérèse, and spend the night in the annex of the castle, decorated with taste and delicacy.
Day 2

Saturday
After a breakfast, you will leave for an experience with Pierre, our passionate and fascinating winegrower artist!
Over half a day you will live in the skin of a winegrower; in the vineyard, in the cellar ... there is no shortage of activities all year round. The opportunity to live an unforgettable, shared and learning experience.
​
At noon and in the afternoon, you can enjoy local discoveries and choose restaurant and activity according to the best recommendations of your hosts. ​
​
The Château will be waiting for you again for a winegrower's dinner and a well-deserved night in your comfortable room.
Day 3

Your last moments at the castle!
Thérèse will prepare a delicious breakfast for you, and then you can be guided through the center of Carcassonne to discover its local market.
Or depending on the season, Benoît will take you to meet an Italian producer, known in France for his buffala mozzarella!
